The psychology of change

on Good Friday with Katherine Feeney

About this episode:

Change is something we experience right through our lives, but many of us are resistant to the idea.

Take Australia Day, for example. There are calls for change to the date of Australia Day as it's seen by many indigenous people as the date of the invasion of their country.

But when the question of change comes up, many people are simply resistant to the idea.

Dr John Barletta is a Clinical psychologist, and Katherine Feeney asks him about the psychology of change.
